Tiber River’s Free and Easy Return Process

 

Do you want to make a return?

If you are not 100% in love with your Tiber product, you can easily make an exchange or receive a refund from us within 45 days of the purchase date (The product must be at least 70% full). We believe that your products should create happiness, and we will try to help you in any way we can.

Frozen product?

If you ordered during the colder months and received a frozen product, do not fret! Simply take the product out of the box, make sure each product has its own space, and let the product return to room temperature. You may need to shake certain products to retain their original consistency. As we are working with naturally derived ingredients, the texture may change slightly but be assured, the product will still work as intended! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@tiberriver.ca.

 

Did you purchase the product online?

If you purchased the product online or through a consultant, you can receive the refund or exchange in any of our store locations by bringing in the invoice and the product. You can also make the refund or exchange with Customer Service by filling out our Online – Refund Or Exchange Form and emailing the form, and a photo if possible, to customerservice@tiberriver.ca. We may request that the item be shipped back to us at no cost to you. Customer Service will provide you with a link that allows you to ship the product back to us – on us!

Did you purchase the product in-store?

If you purchased the product in-store, you can make the refund or exchange at any store location by bringing in the receipt and the product.

Back-Order Policy

We do everything we can to avoid backorders. However, due to our high standards for the finest botanical ingredients, sometimes we need to be patient while Mother Nature does her magic. We automatically create a backorder for the item and ship it when it becomes available. You do not incur additional shipping charges for backordered items. If you prefer not to wait for a backordered item, please call our customer service department or send a message via email to customerservice@tiberathome.com and let us know.

Shipping Options and Approximate Delivery Times

Standard Party orders are charged a flat fee of $5.

Online orders are charged a flat fee of $10.

P.O. Boxes

As we ship with Canada Post, we are able to deliver to any PO Box address in Canada. These deliveries will be available for pick up at your nearest post office.

International Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Out of Stock Items

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. Tiber River at Home does not back order.

Order Cancellation and Changes

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at 204.632.8592 and quote your order number.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. This email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
